If you are a New Zealand employer, looking to hire staff from overseas, you need to be both Accredited with Immigration New Zealand and you need to have a valid Job Check.

The purpose of Accreditation is for INZ to have a record of all businesses hiring migrant workers, and the Job Check ensures you have attempted to hire New Zealanders first, and that the role meets an acceptable offer of employment for a migrant worker.
